General use of the Coaching Videos & Tapping points explained
How to use the video library to achieve rapid emotional freedom
Important: Please read
1. Please follow the on-screen instructions from your video coach.
2. Always drink plenty of water before and after viewing each EFT video
session.
Each video session runs for approx. 10-minutes so it's easy to
introduce it to your daily routine.
3. Choose a specific issue that you want to deal with, think about it
and name the emotion it triggers in you (e.g. anger, fear, sadness)
4. Grade the intensity of the emotion on a rating scale of 0-10, where
10 is extreme discomfort and 0 is completely calm or neutral.
5. Watch the appropriate video session and then ask yourself how you
feel about the issue now and re-check your rating to see if it's moved.
Has your rating moved down? Does the issue still bother you as much?
6. Practice your chosen video session for 10-mins every day for a week
or until your rating is down to a zero as this will achieve the best
results for you.
7. When your rating is down to a zero the negative emotion attached to
your issue is collapsed at it's root source and permanently released.
8. Dump the rest of your issues one by one by repeating the above steps.
9. Relax and enjoy your emotional freedom!
