This piece came just in time. I started chanting mantras (Ganesh, Gayatry, Shiva, Lakshmi) 4 months ago, and I received a blessing from a guru. But since that day, I started to feel not so good. My solar plexus felt like a I had a colony of butterflies and my mild arrithmia symptoms skyrocketed. But this video gave me a clue, maybe is it because I am exposed to a higher energy field or vibration and my body can not handle it? But in the end it is forcing me (my phisica body) to adjust through the necessary dietary, exercises and lifestyle changes to keep up with this wonderful bliss that is too “big” for my body? I would like some light shed on this issue, because I am going solo in journey with absolute no guidance at all. Thank you David for posting these videos.
